How do I update the personal information on my Cushion account?

We'd be happy to help you update the phone number, address, or email address you have on file.

To get started, tap on the 'More' tab and then 'Profile'. In the Personal Information section, you will see an 'Update' button.

Select this, and you will be taken to a separate link to begin your request.

Please note that we will need certain documents to verify your new personal information. Check out the dropdowns below to see what information is required.

Phone number

To update your phone number, we'll need:

  • Proof of ownership of your new number: this can be a photo of your phone bill that contains your name, address, and new number

  • The phone number that you initially signed up with

  • Your new phone number that you would like to use going forward

  • A photo of your Driver's License or Passport

Address

To update your address, we'll need:

  • Proof of address: this can be a bank statement, paystub, or bill from the past 60 days that shows the new address

  • Your old address

  • Your new address

  • A photo of your Driver's License or Passport

Email

To update your email address, we'll need:

  • Your old email address

  • Your new email address

After the form has been completed and sent to our team, your account will be updated within 1-2 business days.
