How do I remove a bank account or delete my email data?

We want to ensure your dashboard is populated with your recurring bills, subscriptions, and Buy Now Pay Later payments. To make this possible, our system scans both your bank and email connection. This ensures we can provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate payment information.

Removing Bank Connection

Cushion uses your linked bank account to scan for bills, subscriptions, and other recurring payments to populate your dashboard.

If you no longer wish to see your recurring bills and subscriptions and would like to remove a bank account from Cushion, send an email to support@cushion.ai. In your request, please let us know which bank account you would like removed.

Please note: Removing a bank account will result in the loss of all bills, subscriptions, and other recurring payments on your dashboard. You will also lose the ability to see your Cash Balance.

Removing Email Data

Cushion uses your email connection to scan for all Buy Now Pay Later loans. This allows you to track and manage all your BNPL payments in one place.

If you would like to remove your email data, please send the template below to support@cushion.ai:

Hi Cushion Team,

Please delete all of my email data from Cushion.

Here's my information:
- John Doe
- john.doe.example@gmail.com
- (123) 555 1234

Thanks,
- John

Please note when Cushion deletes your email data:

  1. You will lose access to your BNPL dashboard

  2. All emails and bills created based on the data in those emails will be erased

  3. This action cannot be undone
