At this time, a Gmail or Yahoo account is required to automatically track all of your BNPL purchases in the Cushion app. When you connect your Gmail or Yahoo account to Cushion, we'll automatically detect your BNPL purchases and add them to your dashboard.
If you think a BNPL purchase was missed, first try the following:
Connect each email inbox where you receive emails from BNPL companies like Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Sezzle, PayPal, Zip, and others.
To add additional inboxes, go to your dashboard and click "Add BNPL".
Turn on email notifications for each BNPL company that you use. It's especially important to ensure you receive email notifications for updates about your payment plans.
Do not delete emails from BNPL companies when you get confirmations or upcoming payment reminders. If an email is deleted, our system may not be able to automatically update your dashboard.
