If you decide to downgrade to the free tier, cancel, or stop paying your premium subscription, you will lose access to Credit Building as well as other features included in one of the paid tiers. However, unless you fail to make your subscription payment, you will still have access to all premium features including credit building until the end of your billing cycle.
Once your subscription is officially canceled at the end of your billing cycle, Cushion will no longer actively report your positive payment history to the credit bureau and you will lose certain bill management features. It's important to note that this change may have a short-term impact on your credit score, so please keep that in mind!
Please note: If you no longer wish to use our Credit Building services until the end of your billing cycle, make sure to remove your Cushion card as a payment method from any billers you have linked. Otherwise, Cushion will continue making payments on your behalf.
