Are you a Cushion user and interested in easily and quickly checking your credit score for free? We've got you covered! There are two ways to do this: Create an Experian account or, if you bank with Chase, you can use the Chase bank app.
Please note: Cushion reports payments at the end of each month, beginning from the first month you used your Cushion Card. After that, it can take up to 2 weeks to be processed by the credit bureaus and added to your credit report.

Here's what you need to get started:
🧑 Name, DOB, SSN
🏠 Current Address
📲 Phone Number
To create an account, head to experian.com and select 'Sign up for Free'.
Complete the onboarding process by entering the last four digits of your SSN and mobile phone number.
After this, verify your personal information such as name, current street address, and mobile phone number are correct. Then, create a username and password and select 'Create Your Account'.

Verify your identity by making sure your SSN, date of birth, and phone number are correct and select 'Continue'.
Answer the 3 personal questions listed to the best of your ability, then select 'Continue'.
From here, you will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN and answer a security question as a final layer of security before creating your account.
Once this is complete, select 'Submit and Continue' and your account is created!

In your Experian dashboard, you can see your most up-to-date credit score.
To find us in your credit report, please follow the steps below:
After logging into Experian, click on the Credit tab, then select 'Credit Reports'.
Scroll down to the 'Credit cards or credit lines' section and find CUSHION AI INC. From here, you can click on the right arrow to see further details.
Select 'Print your report' under 'Quick Actions' to view details of all your accounts on one page.

To do this, log into your Chase bank app or head to chase.com.
In the Accounts tab, under Plan & track, select 'Get free score'.
Scroll down and select the checkbox to agree to the terms & conditions.
After this, click 'Enroll'.
And voila! Your credit score is here for you to see any time you'd like.

Scroll down until you see the 'Total Balances' section. Here you will find CUSHION AI INC.
You may also click 'See all accounts' for further details.
You can check your credit score as often as you'd like, however, you may need to wait a few days to weeks in between to allow all the information to update. We recommend checking your credit score regularly.

Cushion will add this feature to our app in the future so we encourage you to keep an eye out! In the meantime, you can find all the payments that Cushion will report to credit bureaus at the end of the month directly in your Cushion dashboard under the 'Credit Builder' tab.
