Once you connect your calendar account, Cushion starts automatically adding all of your bills, subscriptions, and Buy Now Pay Later payments to a new calendar. As you make progress throughout the month, Cushion streams updates to this calendar and tags your payments with different symbols to indicate their status.

Here, we'll explain each of the symbols you see in your Cushion calendar:

🔗 Linked to Your Cushion Card: This symbol indicates that a bill is linked to your Cushion card. For the transaction to count towards your credit building and to ensure seamless payment, set your Cushion card as the default or primary payment method.

✅ Paid: This checkmark indicates that a payment has been successfully processed and detected by Cushion, regardless of the payment method used. You also have the option to manually mark a bill as paid within the Cushion app.

[CB⭐] Credit Building Transaction: This tag denotes a payment made with your Cushion card that is eligible to be reported to credit bureaus, helping you build credit history.

⏭️ Skipped: If you see this symbol, it means you’ve marked the bill as “skipped” in the Cushion app. Our system recognizes this action and will not expect a payment for this cycle.

⏳ Almost Paid: This indicates that you have multiple payments due on the same day and have paid some, but not all, of them. It serves as a reminder to complete all due payments.

Possibly Past Due: This symbol suggests that a bill may be past due. If it is, we encourage consumers to pay it immediately. If the bill has already been paid, you can mark it as paid within the Cushion app by clicking on the bill and selecting “Mark as Paid.”
