Our system runs many different security checks whenever a new card is added to keep your transactions and our system safe. If you are having issues connecting your debit card when trying to upgrade to a subscription or update the funding method for your Cushion card, it could possibly be due to an authentication error with your debit card.
We recommend trying the following steps:
Try entering your debit card card details once more and ensure all card details are correct. This includes: card number, expiration date, CVV and zip code.
Use another payment method. (Please note that Cushion does not accept prepaid or credit cards as a funding method for your Cushion virtual card.)
Contact your card issuer or bank to ensure there are no issues on their end.
