Do you see a transaction in your bank account from Cushion that you don't recognize? Don't worry, we're here to clarify.

The Cushion card is connected to your debit card or bank account, so whenever you use the Cushion card to pay a bill or BNPL loan, the transaction will show up in your bank account as a charge from Cushion. Depending on your bank, the charge may include information about the bill or simply show up as 'Cushion'.

For example, let's say the virtual card is linked to a BNPL loan, like Zip for a purchase to Revolve.

Once the due date arrives, the transaction will successfully process and display as such in the Cushion dashboard. In the picture below, we can clearly see that the transaction was for a Zip payment to Revolve.

However, if you take a look at the corresponding bank transaction in the bank app, it appears as a transaction from Cushion, not Zip or Revolve.

As a reminder, some transaction descriptions can vary depending on the bank, but they will appear as a charge from Cushion. Please note that these are not charges from Cushion directly, they are transactions that have occurred on the Cushion virtual card.

We ask that you review your bank transactions and the 'Card' tab in your Cushion dashboard. If you are still unable to identify the transaction, please feel free to reach out to us at support@cushion.ai and we will be happy to help you.
