Reporting an accident or making a claim
If you’ve been involved in an accident or something’s happened to your vehicle, you should report it as soon as possible, even if it wasn’t your fault or you don’t plan to make a claim.
How to report an incident in the app
Open the Cuvva app
Tap the speech bubble in the top-right corner
Select 'Messages', open a new chat, and tap “I need to make a claim”
We’ll ask you:
What happened
The date and time of the incident
Details of any third parties (other drivers, witnesses, passengers)
Photos or videos, if you have them
Once we’ve got all the details, we’ll pass everything on to your policy underwriter and claims handler.
