The user experience of CybSafe platform is translated into over 30 languages, so you can ensure all your people get the help they need.

Below is a table of our supported languages and what areas of the platform are translated into it.

The "Code" column refers to if you use a user provisioning integration. You can sync the code into the target attribute "preferred language" to set a user's default language when provisioning. For more information read our article on user provisioning.

The administrator experience of CybSafe platform uses English. This includes:

Note: we prioritise providing high quality experience for users, with learning content and user facing features. Our administrator experience is best experienced in US or UK English, however it is available in multiple languages, in beta. As such, admins may experience lower translation accuracy.

CybSafe Administrators can set a default language from the Account Details Page.

Changing a default language will only affect new people to CybSafe and not any existing users.

Your feedback helps maintain translation quality across the platform. We will always strive for the best translations out there. However, we are aware that many people are happy to have content available in their native language, even if it isn’t absolutely perfect.

Non-English users may see a short delay between the launch of new content and translations being available on the platform.

If a translation is unavailable for a piece of content, the platform will default to show English.
