If you need to change a user’s privileges or details, you can do so by following these steps.
Please note: If you use any user provisioning integrations any edits should be done within the system you have sync'd from.
Firstly, log on to CybSafe and navigate to the "People > Overview" page.
Find the user who's details you want to change and click on the three dots on the right of their details, select "Edit account"
You can also click on the users name to view the progress page, from here click on "Update Details".
From here, you can update the users email, first and last name, language, country, timezone, groups or type.
Once you are happy that all are correct, Click “Save”.
