Typical users in Cycle

Product Managers: define and set up the workspace to allow for all other users to collaborate efficiently around customer insights and actionable product information. They’re the one owning the product processes and adapting Cycle to those needs.

Designers and developers: access customer insights and collaborate (read, comment, edit) on product information to be shipped (high level projects, concrete deliverable initiatives).

Sales: share feedback from prospect calls and follow up on the status of the initiatives that are linked to such feedback. They will be armed with relevant and timely information for performing product-led sales feedback loops.

Customer Success Managers: share feedback from customer calls and follow up on the status of the initiatives that are linked to such feedback. They will be armed with relevant and timely information for performing product-led feedback loops and drive engagement.

Execs/management: keep all stakeholders up to date with specific views of what’s happening in Product: a digest of the Customer Voice, along with high-level product bets.
