Feedback can take many formats ranging from simple survey responses to longer user research interviews. For short-form feedback, using our Integration will be the most convenient way to centralize them all in your feedback Inbox. But you may also need to create new feedback manually.
Here are multiple ways to do so.
1. Click on "Create new" from the sidebar
This button will create a new doc of the latest doctype that was used.
2. From the "Home" page, use the quick action "Create feedback"
3. Hit the keyboard shortcut "c" when hovering a list of feedback in the Inbox
The new feedback will inherit the feedback status you were hovering when you used the "c" shortcut
4. From your Inbox, use the three-dots menu and click on "Create new"
Feedback is better when linked to a customer. At the top of the feedback doc, locate the "add customer" button and search for an existing customer, or create a new one.
