What? No phone support?

Trust us, we'd love to offer 24/7 phone support right now. While the big box stores will gladly offer you phone support, they'll also gladly charge you more for their products. Way more.

Sure, we could offer phone support even with our low prices - but you'd be stuck with someone that has no idea what our products are or how our business operates. You'd likely just speak to someone not even based in the US of A.

As a family-owned-and-operated online retailer, the last thing we want to do is outsource our customer support to an outside entity that doesn't understand our products or customers like we do.

We're balancing our great prices and personalized customer support in the best way we know how and are implementing new practices all the time to make customer support as top notch as it can be.
