1. Introduction
Crabtree Enterprises, LLC d/b/a DACK Outdoors (“Crabtree Enterprises”) is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service. Our Cancellation Policy helps us maintain balance between offering near-wholesale pricing and a fair, transparent cancellation process.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders, or any part thereof, can only be cancelled before they enter a processing status. Cancelled orders will be refunded back to the original payment method, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, this Cancellation Fee is necessary in order for us to keep our prices low for all customers since we incur real costs at the time an order is placed with us.
If we have made an error with an order or have exceeded our stated shipping timeline — meaning more than 30 days have passed without shipment on non-firearm orders, or for firearm and NFA orders, 30 days after we have received and verified the required FFL and/or SOT documentation — a full refund can be issued to the original payment method or as DACK Outdoors store credit. 3. Customer Support Availability
Our Customer Support is open Monday - Friday, and is closed for weekends and holidays. If you submit a cancellation request while our Customer Support is open, we will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. If you submit your cancellation request while Customer Support is closed, we will make every effort to respond on the next day we are open. Please note that once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if a request has been submitted.
