1. Introduction
Crabtree Enterprises, LLC d/b/a DACK Outdoors (“Crabtree Enterprises"), is dedicated to
providing exemplary customer service. The Return Policy allows us to maintain balance
between our incredibly priced products with a hassle-free returns system.
2. Return Policy for Firearms and Ammunition
Purchased firearms and ammunition cannot be returned under any circumstance. If an
incorrect item was delivered, please contact us immediately to address the matter.
3. Return Policy for Non-Firearm and Ammunition
All returns for non-firearm and ammunition must be made within 10 days of receipt of
the product. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of receipt. If we shipped an item
in error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. All other returns will be shipped
at your expense. Returned products must have original packaging intact and be free
from any damage, wear and tear, or any other obvious signs of use. If the criteria are
not met the products will be returned to you and a refund will not be issued. We do not
charge a restocking fee for returned items. If a product is eligible for return you will
receive the refund as DACK Outdoors store credit, however if the returned product is
due to an error by us the order may be refunded back to the method of payment.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund unless we made an error in
fulfilling your order. Unless otherwise noted, all products sold are new and unused. If
you discover an item that appears used or has a manufacturing defect, please contact
the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue.
