We utilize inventory feeds from our own inventory as well as several other partner inventory feeds.

As you may have guessed, computer systems are not perfect and some products can oversell, especially in the shooting sports industry where products are in incredibly high demand right now but supplies remain limited.

Recently, we implemented a new system that helps to curb any inventory discrepancies, but it can still happen from time to time.

If for some reason we go to fill an order and cannot fill an item or items, we refund any item(s) that could not be filled in full back to the card on file and ship the remaining item(s). We also send an email letting the customer know what happened and what to expect.

In short, our customers either get their products or their money back.
