While we take great care in making sure your shipments arrive unharmed, the shipping carriers we utilize (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) do make occasional errors. Once a shipment leaves our store or one of our distributor warehouses and is placed in the care of one of these shipping carriers, we are no longer responsible for them.

Shipping insurance provides you with extra peace of mind should your order be lost or damaged! We provide this insurance at a low cost and recommend it, especially on more valuable orders. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been marked as delivered by our carriers and stolen or misplaced thereafter.
