Why do you charge up front instead of at shipping?

When a customer places an order on our website, it costs us nearly 3% of the order total just to accept the payment - and we’re unable to recover that cost. This is nothing new, with many other online retailers doing the same thing.

DACK Outdoors is a retailer, but we also provide the service to our customers of obtaining them the best possible pricing and we start incurring costs the moment a customer places an order.
