Once your order has entered this status, it means that one of our fulfillment partners will be shipping your order directly to you.

While this does not indicate that your order has already shipped, it does mean that we're a step closer to getting your order out to you. Your order will remain in this status until it ships. At that time, you'll receive an automated email with tracking details.

If for some reason your order has not shipped within the timeline you were provided when you placed your order, you can request to cancel for a full refund by contacting us.
