All firearms, including lowers, must be shipped to another dealer (FFL) per ATF regulations. If the order contains an NFA item, such as a suppressor, then we can only to ship to valid FFL's that also have a valid Special Occupancy Tax (SOT). Under NO circumstance will DACK Outdoors send a firearm or NFA item to a non-licensed entity.
