We will match any online or in-store price on any item down to our actual incurred cost. We cannot guarantee that we can sell a product to you below our cost. Our cost includes the price we pay for the product, and any fees associated with selling it such as merchant processing fees and shipping costs.

We price match based on the total overall price of the competitor, not just the item price. This includes their taxes or shipping charges to purchase the item(s). For example, if a competitor has the product for $10 and charges $10 to ship it and we have the item for $11 and charge $8.99 to ship it, then we already have the lower overall price and do not price match the actual item price.

The product we're matching must be brand new and in stock with the competitor and must be identical. For online retailers, we just need the link to the product page/price. For in-store products, we need a dated flyer or other material showing the competitor's exact product and price.

Since our prices and competitor prices change constantly, price match requests will only be granted PRIOR to completing an order. No price match requests will be filled on previous or current orders.

Price matches are not available alongside other promotions such as buy one, get one, free shipping, etc.
