Purchasing a suppressor with us online is similar to purchasing a firearm, with a few extra easy steps:

  1. You must first check with a transfer dealer in your state and confirm that they'll handle the transfer of the suppressor PRIOR to placing your order on our website. They'll need to have a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), as well as a valid Special Occupancy Tax (SOT). You also have to ensure that it's legal for you to own the suppressor where you live. Note that your local dealer will likely charge you a fee to handle the transfer, and you'll still have to pay them for the ATF's tax stamp when you file your Form 4 with them.

  2. Once you've confirmed that your local dealer is willing and able to accept a suppressor transfer from us and that you're legally allowed to own such item, go ahead and place the order on our website. During checkout, you'll be prompted to choose the dealer you want us to transfer the suppressor to.

  3. Once we receive the order, we manually review it to see if we already have the dealer's FFL/SOT on file and if they're valid/current. If so, we go ahead and begin processing the order. If not, we will email you with instructions on how your dealer can email us the necessary information so that we can begin processing the order.

  4. Before we can ship the suppressor to your dealer, we are required by law to file a Form 3 with the ATF, which asks them permission for us to transfer the suppressor to your dealer. (We file electronically, so it's usually only a few days.)

  5. Once the ATF approves the transfer, we ship your suppressor to your dealer and forward you the tracking information! Once the suppressor is at your dealer's premises, you can coordinate with them on filling out the Form 4 so they can legally transfer you the suppressor once the ATF approves your forms.
