About the Daffy 2022 Referral Program: Daffy may provide you with the opportunity to invite people that you know (an “Invitee”) to join Daffy using your personal signup link. Participation in the Daffy 2022 Referral Program (the "Referral Program") is by invitation only and completely voluntary. If you have Referral Program invitations, we will notify you in the Profile section of your Account. Daffy may, from time to time, provide you with the opportunity to earn money (“Referral Rewards”) when you refer an eligible Invitee to Daffy through the Referral Program. The Referral Rewards provide money to your Daffy fund which can only be used to donate to a charity on Daffy. Charities must be in accordance with the Daffy Donor Agreement.
2022 Referral Offer Details:
To send a Referral Program invitation simply visit your Profile in your Account and follow the instructions.
Provide your Link to another person (“Invitee”) whom you know who does not currently have a Daffy account and is eligible to sign up for a Daffy account
The Invitee must sign up for a Daffy account using your Link then become a Daffy member by contributing at least $100 to their fund or committing to the Daffy Pledge.
Referral Offer Period & Limit: This Offer is available starting at 12:00:01 AM United States Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on January 1, 2022, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on December 31, 2022 (“Offer Period”). This Offer is limited to the first 1,000 participants.
Referral Rewards: If you are eligible to earn Referral Rewards we will let you know in the Profile section of your Account. You may only receive a Referral Reward if your Invitee clicks on your Referral Program invitation link, is a new Daffy member (who has not previously been a member of Daffy), completes the registration process, is over the age of 18, resides in the United States, and become a Daffy member by contributing at least $100 to their fund or committing to the Daffy Pledge. We will notify you in the app if you have earned a Referral Reward. The amount of Referral Rewards that you may receive and the time period in which you may earn Referral Rewards are subject to limitations.
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a referrer (this is the person that sends out the invitation) or to earn any Referral Rewards, you must have and maintain an active Daffy account and be in good standing, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States. Daffy reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Referral Program if you don’t comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Referral Program Invitations: To send a Referral Program invitation simply visit your Profile in your Account and follow the instructions. In some cases, you will need to submit personal information about your Invitees, such as name, email address, and/or phone number. All information collected, stored, processed, or shared through the Referral Program is subject to Daffy's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to Daffy's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Daffy's Privacy Policy.
Restrictions: In addition to the policies you agreed to in the Daffy Donor Agreement, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Referral Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Referral Program invitations and accrued, but not yet used, Referral Rewards.
Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Referral Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your Invitee beyond the Referral Program invitation, or otherwise using your Referral Program Invitations or Referral Rewards for promotional purposes.
Creating multiple, fictitious, or fake accounts with Daffy, participate in the Offer by pretending to be one’s own “Invitees,” or use automated means.
Sending more than one Referral Program invitation to the same household.
Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Referral Program or Referral Terms & Conditions.
Please note that Referral Rewards cannot be transferred to other people or accounts.
Additional Terms: Daffy reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the Referral Program, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on Daffy.org. Daffy will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Referral Program. Daffy reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Referral Program Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
