One-time donation
You can cancel or make a change to your donation recommendation up until the donation is approved.
Go to the "Donations" section on Daffy app or website and find the donation you want to cancel. Click or tap the donation for the cancel option to appear.
Once the donation recommendation has been approved, the donation request cannot be canceled. Please reach out to us at support@daffy.org if you have any questions.
Recurring donation
You can cancel a recurring donation by going to "Donations" on the Daffy app or website. Your recurring donation will appear at the top under "Upcoming Donations." Click or tap the donation for the cancel option to appear.
