The Reward
If during the promotional period starting at 12:00 am PT on December 6, 2022, and ending at 11:59 PT on December 31, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), you become a Daffy member, you can have your Daffy membership fee waived for 3 - 12 months depending on the amount and type of contribution to your Daffy fund noted below. This reward will be automatically applied to your account after you meet the eligibility criteria below and in accordance with the Daffy Member Agreement.
Rewards will be automatically applied to the Daffy account.

Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must (1) sign up for a Daffy account either through the mobile application available in the Apple AppStore™ or on the website at daffy.org during the promotion period and do not have an existing Daffy account(2) be over 18 years old and be a legal resident of the United States (3) not already have an existing account with Daffy (4) contribute stock or crypto in the amounts noted above and your contributions must be received and verified by Daffy by December 31, 2022, at 11:59 pm PST.
Daffy reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the Promotion if you don’t comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Restrictions
In addition to the policies you agreed to in the Daffy Member Agreement, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited, and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from this Promotion, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Promotion Rewards and accrued, but not yet used Promotion Rewards.
Creating multiple accounts per household, accounts for fictitious people or entities, or otherwise fake accounts with Daffy
Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Promotion
Please note that Promotion Rewards cannot be transferred to other people or accounts.

This promotion is a limited-time offer. Daffy reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If Daffy modifies or discontinues this Promotion, Daffy will let you know via email or by posting a notice on Daffy.org. Daffy will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of this Promotion. Daffy reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
