There are many diets out there. A few are sensible but most are not. They follow approaches that are flawed and result in you putting on more weight and ruining your health for the long-term.

Some of the popular diets in the last few years are:

  • the paleo diet.

  • different versions of low-carb diets.

  • low-carb high-fat diets like the ketogenic diet.

  • diets that exclude complete food groups like gluten-free diets.

All of these diets have some merits. But they do have some significant limitations and will leave you with nutrient gaps. Plus, they are not sustainable over the long-term for most of us, unless those are the foods we normally eat.

The D9 provides a holistic solution with the goal of meeting all the nutrient needs of your body, and a lifestyle that you can follow in the long-term.  Hear from Vaidya, a health enthusiast who's experimented with many diets, about his D9 experience:

"I loved the holistic approach to wellness by D9. I have done keto and slow carb diets in the past but D9 is not just a fad diet, it's a tool for reinforcing good habits which focuses on all aspects of the health. On the program,  I managed to lose 7 kgs (I was 84 when I started) and my waist size reduced by 2 inches. But more than that, I am very conscious about what goes on my plate, how much I sleep, how much  physical activity I am managing and if I am drinking enough water and for me those are the biggest takeaway."
