Emmanuel is your typical 30-something - has his hands full with his job and his family. A couple of years back, he made a commitment towards fitness and joined a strength and conditioning facility where he worked on a sensible fitness approach. However this “eating right” thing eluded him, until he found Daily9.

In order to manage his diabetes, Emmanuel knew he had to get things right but at the same time, find a sustainable option. He used Daily9 to kick off some dependencies and bad habits, and lost 13 centimetres around the waist, 8 kilograms, and most importantly, his diabetes indicator (HbA1C) went down.
