Should you be on a habit formation plan or the weight loss plan?

The D3 plans focussed on habit formation are intended to be a period when you bank any gains you have made during the weight loss phase, and allow your body to metabolically adjust to the changes. So the primary intention behind the D3 or the habit formation plans are not your typical results i.e. weight loss or inch loss.

If you would like to see weight loss or inch loss, we recommend selecting the All 9 plan in the next 'switch'. You can also reach out to your Coach to discuss this further.
