Your task:

Spend an hour each day without any device.

No TV, no phone, no listening to music, no Kindle, no tablet, no electronic device.

An hour when you’re NOT sleeping, without any device.

You can go on a walk. You can spend time cooking or cleaning. Or have a physical conversation with someone in your house or your neighbour, without any device getting in the way.

This one is simple as a concept, but can be really hard in today’s world. But our hope is that it will be liberating - enjoy!

And remember: tack this action on to other self-care actions that have been working for you.
