Each day, write down something you are feeling guilty about.

It need not be anything deep or dramatic. Maybe a silly thing that you did and you’ve carried it around for a while.

Write it down on a piece of paper.

Maybe you didn’t call your parents when you said you would. Or you didn’t pay attention in a meeting. Perhaps you snapped at someone when you were stressed. It doesn’t matter. Be as detailed as you want to be. Just pour out whatever it is that is annoying you about that incident.

To repeat, something that you are feeling guilty about - use physical pen and physical paper.

After you’re done, you can rip it apart or literally burn it! You’re done carrying it around any more.
