How to use Custom Metadata Labels in Daisee

Custom metadata labels (Call Labels) allow you to personalise Daisee for your specific environment with customisable labels for tagging calls for future use and filtering.

Labels can be added by ANY user of Daisee.

To Create a label Select ADMINISTRATION from the side menu bar and go to CALL LABELS.

From here, select ADD LABEL

You can now select a colour for your label and a title. You can also add a description of the label.

Once you have created all the labels you need, you can edit and delete these from the Call Labels area:


To apply the labels to calls:

  • Select the call you'd like to label

  • Select the label icon to display label options

  • Select the appropriate label for the call selected
