Monitor the performance of specific teams and agents with Reports

In this article you'll learn about the two type of Reports in Daisee:

Team Reports

Team Reports shows aggregate stats and trends over time for a whole team.

  1. Team Reports can be accessed from the side menu.

    The report shows an overview of:

    • Number of calls the team has received

    • Number of high risk calls

    • Number of reviewed calls

    • The average QA score across the team.

    The Scorecard Performance widget displays the average scores across all of the calls for agents in that team.

Agent Profiles

Agent profiles allow you to view the same stats as the Team Report, but for a specific agent.

  1. To get to the Agent Profile, click on any hyperlinked agent name from anywhere in Daisee

  2. Select a date range to see the data over that time period.

  3. An agent’s performance can also be benchmarked compared to their team’s performance.
