Silence Filters allow Daisee users to highlight calls that contain specific measures of silence - set by you.
The filters can be applied on the 'All Calls' screen.
Clicking the Silences Filter will allow you to customise the calls available. There are 3 options available within the filter:
Total Silence Duration - This allows you to filter all your calls where the TOTAL of the silences in the call are between the 2 specified criteria.
Longest Silence Duration - This allow you to filter calls that contain a silence of a duration between the set values.
Silence Percentage - This filter allows you to set a percentage of silence during a call to find calls that may contain a higher than acceptable amount of silence on any call.
Once you have selected any combination of these criteria, select the 'Apply now' button and this will filter your calls based on the criteria set.
