How to use Transcript Search
Transcript Search is a tool that allows you to search for calls that contain certain words/phrases.
To start using this feature, select Transcript Search on the side menu
Enter the word or phrase that you'll search for in the search box at the top of the page
To view a particular call from your search results, simply click View.
Some further tips for using the Transcript Search effectively:
The relevancy percentage indicates how closely that search result matches the search terms
Search results can be sorted and displayed by the date recorded, duration, or relevancy
Results can be filtered based on direction, speaker, agent, or daisee team
Note: There are different search types possible within the Transcript Search. See the table below to see how the syntax of your search terms can influence your search results.

| Surfaces calls that contain both name and email in same sentence. |

| Surfaces calls that contain either name or email in same sentence. |

How to search for specific calls or agents
Daisee's search feature also allows you to search by:
Call ID
Phone number
Agent name
Case ID
Customer ID
To begin your search, start by selecting a search type from the side menu
Enter your search term in the search box (in this example, we've chosen to Search Agents, so we'll enter an agent name as our search term)
Now you can select the relevant result from your search
