How to use Transcript Search

Transcript Search is a tool that allows you to search for calls that contain certain words/phrases.

  1. To start using this feature, select Transcript Search on the side menu

  2. Enter the word or phrase that you'll search for in the search box at the top of the page

  3. To view a particular call from your search results, simply click View.

Some further tips for using the Transcript Search effectively:

  • The relevancy percentage indicates how closely that search result matches the search terms

  • Search results can be sorted and displayed by the date recorded, duration, or relevancy

  • Results can be filtered based on direction, speaker, agent, or daisee team

Note: There are different search types possible within the Transcript Search. See the table below to see how the syntax of your search terms can influence your search results.
