In Daisee, you have the ability to create Teams, preventing you from having to repeatedly select certain agents when filtering calls.

In this article, you'll learn how to:

1. To access this feature, select Daisee Teams from the side menu (under Administration)

2. Click Create a new Team in the top right corner

3. Enter a name for the Team

4. Select the agents for this team from the dropdown list

5. Click Create Team

Editing Daisee Teams

To edit a team, click on edit button under the actions column for that team.

You will then have the option to edit the team name, or update the agents in that team.

Deleting Daisee Teams

To delete a team, click on the delete button under the actions column for that team.
