You can easily create and manage discounts by heading to the Discounts tab in your Darkroom dashboard. We offer two types of discounts to help you run promotions:
Public Discounts: These are storewide discounts that apply to everyone visiting your shop. Darkroom will automatically display a promotional banner on your gallery, and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout!
Private Discounts: These are promo codes you can share directly with specific customers, friends, or social media followers. Customers just need to enter the code at checkout to redeem it.
⚠️ Note on Earnings: Discounts apply to the total sales price of your print. Because of this, running a discount will lower your net profit margin for those sales.
