To share the link to access pre-start forms with your team, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Pre-Starts section.
Click on the Forms button.
Select the Send by SMS option.
Choose an option to provide the contact details for SMS delivery:
Select a Contact option: Search and select an existing contact in the system to share the link.
Enter Mobile Number option: Manually enter the phone number of the SMS recipient.
Click on the Send button.
After clicking Send, the contact or phone number provided will receive an SMS with the link to access the pre-start web platform.
Key: Gearbelt provides two options for sharing via SMS:
Select a Contact: This is for contacts already registered in the system.
Enter Mobile Number: To directly input the phone number of the recipient.
