With Gearbelt, you can customise and generate schedule plans tailored to different asset types. Custom schedule plans ensure maintenance meets each asset's unique needs, preventing unnecessary wear, downtime, and costly failures.
To create a schedule plan, follow these steps:
1. Go to the 'Schedules' section under the 'Management' header in the left-hand side navigation menu. Select the 'Schedules' button at the top
2. Select the 'Add Schedule' button
3. Enter a name for the new service plan in the Plan Name field. Select the Reading Type, Usage and Time Intervals for the schedule plan. Click 'Save'
4. Navigate to the Service Interval tab. There will be two already set by default, you can update both the labels and usage intervals. Click the 'Add Interval' button to include as many service types as needed. Click 'Save'
5. Go to the Assign Schedule tab. Tick the checkboxes next to the assets that will use this service plan. Click 'Save'
Note:
Each asset can have only one active service plan at a time.
