How to change an issue status in Gearbelt

With form submissions in Gearbelt, your team can create issue reports for you to review and schedule repairs.

To update an issue status, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Issues section

2. Click on the issue record you want to update

3. Click on the Status field in the issue details

4.Select the new issue status

5. Click the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner of the pane

Note:

  • Issue records have four available statuses:

    • New

    • Pending

    • Closed

    • Void

  • Once an issue status is changed to Closed or Void, the record cannot be reopened
