Setting up compliance notifications in Gearbelt

Gearbelt allows you to set up notifications to review compliance documentation that is approaching its expiry date.

Steps

Go to the Settings section.
Click on the Notifications tab.
Select the Compliance tab.
Enter the email address to receive compliance expiry notifications.
Click the Add Rule button.
Adjust the rule variables as needed:
1. Select the type of compliance for which you’d like to receive notifications.
2. Choose the asset type for the notification rule.
3. Set the number of days before the expiry date to trigger the notification.
Click Save.
