✅ My Actions
We're excited to introduce 'My Actions' in Dashpivot, which allows you to create, assign, track, and manage actions across your teams. With this feature, you can assign actions to others, notify them automatically, and get notified upon completion.
📐 New table column widths: XS and XXL
We’ve introduced two more table column widths for tables in Dashpivot, XS (Extra Small) and XXL (Extra Extra Large). These new widths offer a more compact and wider column option for your tables to display different types of data. The XS width is compatible with text, number, prefilled text and formula table cells. The XXL widths are compatible with all fields.
👀 Footer displayed inside forms
This update allows you to view the footer in the form and form preview on the Dashpivot website, providing better visibility into how the PDF download will appear. The added benefit is that you can instantly see custom footer updates without downloading the PDF file.
✏️ Text labels available for all table cells
This feature allows you to add labels to all table cell types in both default and prefilled tables. You can now include supporting text to help users populate table cells within forms. Note: this feature is currently only visible on the Dashpivot website.
✨ Dashpivot app support for List Property cells
This app update allows you to automatically populate cells based on a selected list item using the List Property Table Cell field. This allows you to efficiently capture important data within your forms without having to manually input the data each time.
🚨 Sitemate App QR code validation
With this mobile app update, you will only be able to scan Sitemate IDs into a Scan & Sign Table if the QR Code was generated within the past 5 minutes. This ensures users are scanning directly from the Sitemate App and prevents the reuse of screenshots, helping to maintain scan accuracy.
📈 List import limits increased
You can now import larger lists into your workspace. We've increased the row limit for importing a CSV with List Items and their properties to 600 rows. This enhancement applies to all lists and plan types, giving you even more flexibility and capacity to manage your data efficiently.
Gearbelt Updates
🧭 Navigation improvements
In this update, the navigation bar on the left has been re-structured to improve usability and prepare for additional changes coming soon. It's now split into two section (Admin and Management) and includes renaming of several modules to make them more extensible.

🔌 New API endpoints
The Sitemate Open API has launched two new endpoints:
The “app summary” endpoint will allow you to list a summary of all apps (templates) within a specified Dashpivot folder.
The “form summary” endpoint can then be used to get further information about the apps (templates) within a folder by allowing you to list a summary of all forms for the specified app.
