Dashpivot Updates
❄️ Freeze table headers and first row
You can now freeze the header and first row for prefilled tables in Dashpivot templates. This update ensures that these rows remain visible while scrolling, making it easier to reference information and fill out large tables efficiently.
This update is supported on the Dashpivot website, in the Dashpivot app and in the Sitemate app.

✏️ Breaker options for PDF filenames
We’ve introduced a new setting for custom PDF filenames, where you can choose to use either hyphens or underscores as separators between values. This gives you greater flexibility to align with internal file naming conventions or system requirements.
🧠 Return to tab
When opening the Dashpivot app, you will now return to the last tab you had open (rather then defaulting to the photos tab every time).
Sitemate App Updates
🛜 Ability to disable GPS when on WiFi
This update allows you to disable GPS tracking when connected to WiFi, giving you more control over when your location is attached to photos uploaded via the Sitemate app. This helps protect the privacy of personal locations like your home address.
Gearbelt Updates
📊 Fault Dashboard improvements
We've made some improvements to the dashboard module, where you can now get a breakdown of your open faults based on severity.
🚚 Refreshed Asset QR codes
This update includes a refresh of the asset QR-code layout, to improve legibility for operators to easily scan and perform inspections. Please note that this is a cosmetic change and does not impact existing QR-codes.
Flowsite Updates
🗓️ Support for Non-Timezone Aware Date Fields
Flows are now compatible with Dashpivot templates containing the new non-timezone aware date fields, for use with Xero and Quickbooks integrations.
🔌 Open API: Exports Endpoints
This Sitemate Open API Endpoint allows your custom application to export a list of Dashpivot forms as PDF or CSV.
