Inspection forms are a key part of keeping your equipment running smoothly and safely. This helps you stay on top of any maintenance needs, ensures everything meets safety and compliance standards, and provides a digital record for audits. Plus, it makes it easier to plan ahead, catching issues before they become bigger problems.

To create an inspection form template, follow these steps:

1 . Go into the 'Inspections' section under 'Management' in the left hand-side navigation menu. Select 'Inspection Forms' at the top

2. Select 'Add Inspection Form' to create your form template from scratch

3. This will open a pane on the right side of the screen, where you'll need to name your form and add any relevant tags, description as required and enable for the associated Location to be notified of a new inspection template for the relevant assets

4. You can then use left-hand side menu to drag and drop the relevant fields you'd like to incorporate in your template. Typically, you'd want to capture the asset, location, current mileage or hours, photos, and required machine checks

Note: You'll be able fully customise your fields and their label, to further explain what input is expected

5. Once done, you can preview your template using the 'Preview' button in the top right corner of the page, and save it using the green 'Save' button next to it

6. Once you've saved your template, a confirmation message will appear

7. You'll then be able to retrieve your template directly in the 'Inspection Forms' section and assign it to specific assets
