Assigning specific form templates to your assets in Gearbelt makes sure your team uses the right template for specific assets. It keeps everything standardised and ensures you're getting all the information required when your team is running checks.

To assign a form template to an asset, follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Assets' section under 'Admin' in the left-hand side navigation menu

2. From there, select the asset to which you want to assign the form template

3. This will open the asset 'Overview' tab

4. Scroll all the way to the 'Forms deployment' section

5. From there, you can select the relevant template for the Inspection Form, Servicing Form, Repair Form

6. Select the green 'Save' button in the bottom left corner

7. You're all set - now when someone selects this asset, they will be using the assigned form templates
