In Gearbelt, you can create your own Schedule Form templates to then be assigned to specific assets. Having customisable templates lets you tailor forms to your specific needs, so you’re collecting the right information every time, based on the asset selected

To create a Schedule Form template, follow these steps:

1. Access the 'Schedules' section in the left-hand side navigation menu under 'Management'. Go into the 'Schedule Forms' section at the top. Select 'Add new'

2. From there, in the Form Configuration pane on the right-hand side, you can name your Schedule template, add a description and enable for the associated Location to be notified of a new schedule for the relevant assets

3. You can then use left-hand side menu to drag and drop the relevant fields you'd like to incorporate in your template. Typically, you'd want to capture the project, service type, serviced Kms, scheduled Kms, current mileage (if relevant), photos, and required machine checks

3. Once done, you can preview your template using the 'Preview' button in the top right corner of the page, and save it using the green 'Save' button next to it

4. Once you've saved your template, a confirmation message will appear

5. You'll then be able to retrieve your template and assign it to specific assets, directly in the 'Schedule Forms' section
