Assigning a schedule plan to an asset in Gearbelt ensures that regular inspections and maintenance happen automatically, keeping everything running safely and efficiently.
It helps prevent missed checks, extends the life of your equipment, and keeps you compliant with safety standards. It also saves time by reducing manual scheduling and gives you peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of.
To assign a schedule plan to an asset, follow these steps:
1. Go into the 'Schedules' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Select the 'Schedules' tab to be brought to the existing schedules
2. Select the relevant schedule you'd like to assign
3. Once you've selected your schedule, select the 'Assign Schedule' tab at the top
4. From there, you'll have access to your list of assets. You can then manually select which assets will be assigned to the previously selected schedule using the checkboxes on the left side of the list
5. Don't forget to select 'Assign' to confirm your assignment

You can bulk select assets using the checkbox at the very top of the list. This will select all the assets listed
