In Gearbelt, schedule forms are used to document and manage planned maintenance activities for assets. These forms ensure that servicing tasks are completed on time and according to specific requirements.
To submit a schedule form, follow these steps:
1. Access the 'Schedules' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Go into 'Schedule Activity' at the top
2. Select 'Send to Contact' in the top right corner of the register. You'll be presented with three options:
Open Link - this will open the Asset Web app module
Copy Link - this copy the link to the Asset Web app module, to share with collaborators via email or via your internal messaging app
Share Link - this allow you to share access directly with existing contacts or to enter a mobile number for them to receive the link via SMS
For this tutorial, we will open the link
3. You'll be brought to a menu with different options, select 'Service Form'
4. You'll then need to select the asset for which you're filling out a schedule form
5. The associated schedule form will appear for you to conduct all the relevant checks. Once done, select 'Submit' at the bottom of the form
6. Your schedule form will then appear in the Schedule Activity section for you and other collaborators to view and download
