Because the web app runs in a web browser, your workshop team will need to be initially sent the link by a contributor in order to gain access to the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app - where you’ll find schedules, repair forms, fault records and work orders.
We recommend saving this link to your home screen the first time you get it, so it’s easy to open whenever you need it.
To save the link to your home screen, follow these steps:
1. Get the Workshop Web app link. You should get it via SMS - see here the process
2. Click the link. It will open the Web app

4. You're all set - you now have a direct access to the Workshop Web app
