Repair forms in Gearbelt are used to document when and how a fault has been resolved. They help track the details of the repair - including who fixed it, what was done, and when, ensuring you have a clear record for each asset.
To submit a repair form, follow these steps:
1. Click the link to the Gearbelt Operator Web app
2. Select the 'Fault Repair' option
3. You'll then need to select the asset for which you're filling out a repair form
4. The associated repair form template will appear for you to fill out all the relevant information and resolve any faults. Once done, select 'Submit' at the bottom of the form
5. Your repair form will then appear in the Repair Activity tab in the Fault section for you and other collaborators to view
